Key responsibilities & impact

Drive annual budget process with key partners
Develop monthly forecasts and analyze financial variances
Provide clear margin analysis at customer, product, and channel level
Perform complex financial analysis to evaluate business performance
Prepare executive-level reporting and dashboards
Collaborate cross-functionally for financial alignment
Develop financial models for business performance evaluation
Support adhoc data needs for business leaders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
At least 7+ years in the finance field with FP&A experience preferred
Sophisticated knowledge of Microsoft O365 (especially Excel)
Microsoft Power BI experience preferred
Strong analytical and modeling skills
Comfortable combining multiple data sources
Effective and professional communicator
Ability to work in a team environment
