About the role
- Manage all aspects of a project, from start to finish, ensuring it is completed on time and within budget
- Recommend products and services that fit clients' business needs
- Use takeoff software (Planswift) for project takeoffs as needed
- Run execution of projects according to established plans
- Establish sales relationships with major customers
- Answer branch phone calls providing high customer service levels
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely product delivery
- Supervise project progress and performance
Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in Construction Project Management or Project Coordinator
- 2+ years of Waterworks experience preferred
- Familiarity with digital takeoff and estimating software such as PlanSwift or Bid Tracer
- Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Salesforce experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license required
