About the role
- Provide independent, objective assurance and advisory function to enhance Group operations
- Understand and evaluate process effectiveness and control efficiency
- Lead and mentor field audit team; oversee distribution center audits from planning to reporting
- Conduct audits covering financial, operational, and legal/compliance aspects
- Review working papers for high-quality documentation; mentor team
- Prepare reports; lead closing calls with senior management
- Support presentations to executive management and Board
- Build relationships to meet department objectives; team synergy
- Collaborate with SOX Compliance in Field Audit Program
- Assist in recruitment and training of audit staff
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related field
- CPA, CIA, etc certifications
- 3-4 years of experience in risk-based auditing
- Experience from a large, public firm or similar industry
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines
- Operational Audit background (preferred)
- Leadership experience in reviewing and guiding others
- Knowledge of Oracle, Workday, Power BI, and AuditBoard (preferred)
