About the role

  • Design comprehensive AI fluency curriculum
  • Develop engaging, practical learning experiences for associates
  • Build role-specific use case libraries demonstrating AI's enhancements
  • Lead functional group workshops tailored to specific workflows
  • Facilitate use case discovery sessions
  • Embed AI into existing processes and systems
  • Develop function-specific playbooks and enablement materials
  • Identify and enable AI champions across functions
  • Document and amplify early wins and success stories
  • Partner with Communications on internal communication strategies

Requirements

  • 7-10 years in organizational change management, learning & development, or transformation roles
  • Experience designing and delivering enterprise-wide learning programs
  • Deep comfort with emerging technology concepts
  • Track record of working with frontline/field populations
  • Expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design, and experiential learning approaches
  • Understanding of AI/ML technologies sufficient to troubleshoot basic user issues
  • Skilled in facilitation techniques for use case discovery and process improvement sessions
  • Comfortable with workflow analysis and process mapping
  • Exceptional emotional intelligence and ability to read group dynamics
  • Ability to build trust with diverse team members
