About the role
- Supports compensation initiatives ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Conducts market pricing using survey data to assess competitiveness
- Reviews and ensures alignment to compensation guidelines and governance practices
- Partners with HR Operations on activities resulting from Total Rewards projects
- Assists in improving compensation processes for efficiency and automation
- Develops and implements innovative education, tools, and guidelines
- Maintains documentation and audit-ready records of compensation decisions
Requirements
- 5-7 years of compensation or equivalent work experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective influencing and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and data analysis
- Experience with Workday preferred
- Strong experience with Excel and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or CCP preferred
- Ability to organize and prioritize work efficiently
- Team-oriented attitude with a drive to deliver results
