About the role
- Work together with Sales associates to support customer needs
- Ensure personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders
- Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers
- Answer sales calls for general information and resolve customer concerns
- Effectively use CRM system and phone system
Requirements
- 2-5 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred
- Strong sales skills including the ability to upsell
- Quick response to customer needs and timely decision making
- Comfortable with heavy lifting up to 35 lbs
- Ability to react well in a fast-paced environment
- Highly motivated and customer service oriented mentality
- General digital literacy including Microsoft Office
- Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes
