About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide corporate legal services to technology and life sciences companies at all stages of development
- Work with early startups to mature, publicly traded corporations
- Collaborate with clients to develop and implement strategies for their specific needs
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least three (3+) years of experience in a sophisticated corporate law practice
- Focus on startup, venture capital, and emerging company representation
- Experience or affinity for technology and/or life sciences companies
- M&A and/or Capital Markets experience is a plus
- Superior academic credentials
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills
- Barred in the jurisdiction for which they are applying or eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam
