Requirements
What you’ll need- 4 - 6 years of experience advising public companies or investment banks
- Experience with SEC compliance, disclosure, governance, and exchange matters
- Ability to represent issuers or investment banks in capital market transactions
- Preferred experience with technology and/or life sciences companies
- Must be barred in the state of the office applied for or eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam.
