About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews.
  • Gather interview evaluations and prepare evaluation packets for the Hiring Partners and Recruiting Managers.
  • Follow up on decisions, including initiate letters to candidates, update records and monitor follow-up calls.
  • Draft and finalize attorney offer letters.
  • Handle offer correspondence and new hire processing, including, but not limited to, initiating background requests and conflicts checks.
  • Generate reports, including LawCruit, Workday, Smartsheet, recruiting database and other spreadsheets.
  • Act as a liaison with lateral hires, search firms, and summer associates.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of recruiting/recruiting coordination experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Knowledge of the attorney recruiting processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with all levels of firm personnel as well as external clients, including search firms and vendors.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and recruiting database software (preferably Workday and LawCruit) preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalence in education and/or experience strongly preferred.
