- Preparing stock exchange applications

- Exemplary communication, research and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task in a highly demanding, deadline driven environment
- Comfort working alongside AI tools
- A four-year degree and/or a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program
- 3+ years of corporate and transactional experience
