About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Planning trip content — deciding which companies to visit, creating a program tailored to the industry, and arranging cultural activities.
Organizing the trip — booking flights, hotels, restaurants, trains, local transportation, etc.
Preparing presentations for clients for invitations and budget planning.
Personally accompanying the trip and providing support for everything from using WeChat & Alipay to answering cultural questions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

The ideal candidate is currently enrolled in a master’s program.
Experience studying abroad in Germany/Austria/Switzerland or another connection to these countries.
Minimum C1 level in English and C2 in Chinese; German skills are a big plus.
Ability to plan independently and take initiative.
Availability and willingness to participate in the upcoming trip from 08.11.2026 to 14.11.2026.
