FENKA RoboticsWorking Student responsible for organizing innovation trips for FENKA Robotics, the leading system integrator for service robotics. Based in China, collaborating with German-speaking executives on travel logistics.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Full responsibility for organizing our innovation trips with German-speaking executives: planning the trip content — which companies to visit, designing a program based on the industry, and arranging cultural events.
- Organizing the trip logistics — booking flights, hotels, restaurants, trains, and local transport such as buses, etc.
- Preparing presentations for clients and planning budgets.
- Leading the trip in person and providing hands-on support for everything — from using WeChat and Alipay to answering cultural questions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in a Master's program.
- English: C1 level; Chinese: C2 level. German skills are a strong advantage.
- Ability to plan and work very independently.
- Availability for the first upcoming trip: November 8–14, 2026.
