About the role
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries through our ticketing tool Zendesk (phone, WhatsApp, email)
- Maintain and update the customer database to ensure all information is accurate and up to date
- Manage and execute complex customer projects
- Create and forward support tickets to the appropriate departments to ensure timely problem resolution
- Support the development and improvement of customer service processes to increase customer satisfaction
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for customers to improve their understanding and use of our products
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus
- Completed vocational training or a university degree
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Ability to find solutions quickly and work with a customer-focused approach
- Technical affinity and understanding of our products
- Team player with a willingness to work in a dynamic environment
