About the role

  • Handle and resolve customer inquiries through our ticketing tool Zendesk (phone, WhatsApp, email)
  • Maintain and update the customer database to ensure all information is accurate and up to date
  • Manage and execute complex customer projects
  • Create and forward support tickets to the appropriate departments to ensure timely problem resolution
  • Support the development and improvement of customer service processes to increase customer satisfaction
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for customers to improve their understanding and use of our products

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus
  • Completed vocational training or a university degree
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
  • Ability to find solutions quickly and work with a customer-focused approach
  • Technical affinity and understanding of our products
  • Team player with a willingness to work in a dynamic environment
