About the role

  • Sector-specific account management of existing clients in the facility management sector.
  • Negotiating and closing framework agreements with some of the largest FM companies in Germany.
  • Scaling existing accounts through tailored sales planning, field visits, and ongoing communication.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of sales experience in facility management / cleaning.
  • Ideally, you have personal contacts with decision-makers in our industry.
  • Experience with professional CRM systems.
  • High level of reliability, self-confidence, and a willingness to go the extra mile.
