About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- responsible for incident response in accordance to company standard operating procedures
- scheduled maintenance, and remediation efforts in support of Managed Services Solutions
- Implement updates and patching to supported software and hardware systems
- Resolve maintenance related technical issues
- Maintain a general understanding of Conversant Group Products & Services
- Obtain and Maintain Select Vendor Engineer Certifications
- Follow best practices and standard operating procedures
- Provide feedback on how to improve supportability of our services
- Collaborate with Clients, Peers, and Managers to aid in Successful Support of Services
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1-3 years of Information Technology work experience, preferably in Managed Services
- Understanding of ticketing systems and time management
- Technical Degree in Information Technology, related field, or equivalent work history
- Technical certifications in VMware, Microsoft, CompTIA, etc..
- Experience working for and within IT for the Legal Industry
