• Serve as the primary point of contact for Workday system configuration, updates, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

• Collaborate with HR leadership team, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to streamline workflows and improve system and program efficiency.
• Recommend enhancements and lead implementation of new Workday modules or features.
• Provide end-user support and training for HR and other system stakeholders.
• Create and maintain documentation for system processes and procedures.
• Support HRIS-related projects, including upgrades, integrations, and data migrations.
• Coordinate with vendors and consultants as needed.

HRIS Specialist, Workday

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Support the IPP funds with full cycle day-to-day accounting which includes preparation of journal entries, accruals, bank reconciliation, HST filings, and balance sheet account reconciliations.
• Assist with the preparation of quarterly financial statements for internal management and investors.
• Assist with any year end audit requests for all IPP funds.
• Liaison with AP closely to organize, code, and submit vendor invoices for payment in a timely manner.
• Coordinate timely funding of debt to ensure cash management for respective portfolio meets current period costs.
• Identify and implement continuous process improvements across different areas of scope.
• Assist in the maintenance and compliance of master workbooks and take initiative to assist the team to streamline tasks.
• Submit monthly compliance reporting to banking partners in accordance with loan agreements.
• Conduct financial viability assessments of prospective tenants to support leasing decisions.
• Perform ad hoc accounting and analytical procedures as requested by management

Financial Analyst, Real Estate Finance

• Manage US labor and government relationships for Fengate’s Infrastructure, Real Estate and Private Equity businesses
• Support origination of investment opportunities and structure and monitor investments from a US labor and government relations perspective
• Design and execute labor strategies to support projects and ensure alignment with union labor and stakeholder goals
• Provide consultative support to internal teams regarding US labour related matters and strategies
• Leverage labor relationships to originate and structure new investment opportunities with key labor partners
• Build and maintain relationships with labor unions, government agencies, policymakers, and other stakeholders to advance collaboration opportunities
• Attend meetings with prospective industry partners and government and public project sponsors; provide subject matter expertise on US federal government policies and programs
• Act as primary point of contact for US-based Taft-Hartley existing investors and support investor relations
• Assist sales efforts targeting national building trades-affiliated pension plans and support distribution team outreach to Taft-Hartley-centric consulting firms
• Ensure projects adhere to labor agreements and standards; address issues and foster resolutions to ensure successful project outcomes
• Represent the fund at key industry events and conferences and build professional networks
• Support responsible investments initiatives and collaborate with internal senior leaders and committees on strategic priorities

Head of Government and Labor Relations

• Provide a wide range of financial and investment focused analytical support as required, including financial modelling, presentations, investment memos and diligence
• Support diligence and analysis of new land, power or data center acquisitions
• Participate in internal and external meetings as part of the team
• Support capital markets initiatives, including equity and debt funding for portfolio companies
• Support management team in quarterly board meeting preparation and analysis
• Support sourcing, bidding and closing investments and financings
• Support managing development partnerships and platforms
• Support diligence of new and management of existing development partnerships/platforms for non digital infrastructure investments (including energy, social and transportation investments)
