About the role

  • Support change and transformation programs for teams within the Build and Deliver organisation.
  • Contribute to stakeholder engagement, business readiness, communications, and implementation activities.
  • Lead the design and delivery of project and program management activities.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring milestones and expectations are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Provide structured analysis to support decision-making and project direction.
  • Identify risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Strong familiarity with change management tools, methodologies, and templates.
  • Ability to apply data-driven insights and meaningful analysis to guide decisions.
  • Demonstrated analytical capability with the ability to interpret complex issues.
  • Proven experience working across the full project lifecycle in fast-paced or agile environments.
  • Experience in or strong exposure to SaaS, technology, or related industries (preferred).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-influencing skills.
  • Practical problem-solving ability, adaptability, and resilience.
  • Exposure to large-scale transformation and/or change initiatives (Nice to Have).
  • Experience establishing, reporting on and managing programs of work (Nice to Have).
  • Experience working on people or HR programs (Nice to Have).
