About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for scaling new customer acquisition in a structured, creative, and profitable way
  • Analyze existing Meta Ads structure and identify levers for profitable growth
  • Develop a scalable Meta strategy for testing, budget allocation, and account structure
  • Support the operational implementation of campaigns
  • Evaluate performance using KPIs such as CAC, MER, and ROAS
  • Establish a structured creative testing system
  • Develop new hooks, angles, claims, ad concepts, and creative hypotheses
  • Translate paid-social learnings into requirements for landing pages and shop optimizations
  • Support scaling Google Ads as a second relevant performance channel
  • Conduct performance reviews and derive concrete action plans

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Several years of performance marketing experience with D2C, e-commerce, or consumer brands
  • Proven track record scaling Meta Ads — ideally in accounts with significant monthly spend
  • Understanding of creative strategy and how successful paid-social creatives are developed
  • Strong with numbers and able to translate performance data into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Experience collaborating with agencies, creatives, designers, editors, or creators
  • Self-directed, structured, and entrepreneurial
  • Senior enough to prepare decision proposals, challenge assumptions, and set clear priorities
