About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for scaling new customer acquisition in a structured, creative, and profitable way
- Analyze existing Meta Ads structure and identify levers for profitable growth
- Develop a scalable Meta strategy for testing, budget allocation, and account structure
- Support the operational implementation of campaigns
- Evaluate performance using KPIs such as CAC, MER, and ROAS
- Establish a structured creative testing system
- Develop new hooks, angles, claims, ad concepts, and creative hypotheses
- Translate paid-social learnings into requirements for landing pages and shop optimizations
- Support scaling Google Ads as a second relevant performance channel
- Conduct performance reviews and derive concrete action plans
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of performance marketing experience with D2C, e-commerce, or consumer brands
- Proven track record scaling Meta Ads — ideally in accounts with significant monthly spend
- Understanding of creative strategy and how successful paid-social creatives are developed
- Strong with numbers and able to translate performance data into clear, actionable recommendations
- Experience collaborating with agencies, creatives, designers, editors, or creators
- Self-directed, structured, and entrepreneurial
- Senior enough to prepare decision proposals, challenge assumptions, and set clear priorities
