About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Management of debt restructuring cases, including the structuring of financial transactions
  • Representation in mediation, judicial recovery and out-of-court recovery proceedings
  • Participation in securities issuance and restructuring procedures
  • Involvement in mergers and acquisitions transactions and other measures related to corporate liability restructuring, acting for creditors, investors and debtors, both domestic and international.
