Human Resources Analyst – Mid-level
Felsberg AdvogadosHR Analyst managing payroll and compliance processes while ensuring accurate legal application. Working in a hybrid model facilitating administrative tasks and team collaboration.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and execute payroll routines and related processes in an integrated manner, ensuring correct application of labor and social security legislation;
- Conduct calculation and verification of tax and labor obligations, ensuring compliance and adherence to legal deadlines;
- Serve as liaison with accounting, aligning information, validating calculations, and supporting payroll-related audits;
- Execute hiring, personnel changes and termination processes, ensuring proper documentation and a positive employee experience;
- Administer and optimize benefits management (e.g., partnerships, meal and food vouchers - VA/VR, Wellhub, life insurance, among others), including vendor relationships;
- Support and ensure control of electronic timekeeping and the hours bank (compensatory time), ensuring adherence to internal policies and applicable legislation;
- Manage and monitor vacation planning and approvals, advising managers and employees;
- Ensure correct application of collective agreements and conventions, acting in a consultative capacity with business areas;
- Act as focal point for clarifying labor and personnel administration inquiries;
- Support HR initiatives and projects, interacting with subsystems such as Attraction & Selection and DHO (training, performance and policies), contributing analytical insights and process improvements.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources, or related fields;
- Knowledge of labor legislation (employment law);
- Understanding of statutory/ancillary obligations such as e-Social, RAIS, SEFIP, among others;
- Strong numerical skills and data analysis abilities;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with intermediate-level Excel and Word skills;
- Previous experience in Payroll / Personnel Administration is essential;
- Organized and responsible;
- Sense of urgency;
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- Advantage: Experience with the TOTVS RM system (payroll processing and related functions; handling diverse employment types — CLT, PJ, interns and associates).
