Business Development Representative – BDR

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- High-volume cold calling and inbound lead qualification
- Create and deliver exceptional outreach across email and LinkedIn
- Own the process of booking meetings and pipeline generation across both inbound and outbound channels
- Be closely involved in our inbound strategy, working with sales and marketing to drive more inbound business
- Conduct focused, insight-led discovery to uncover a prospect's role, context, challenges, and timeline
- Build a network of leaders, fostering relationships across our market and sharing Fellow's progress
- Attend regular industry events, representing Fellow at conferences
- Become an expert at telling the Fellow story and articulating our value proposition
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in a Business Development role
- A proven track record as a top performer
- Independent, self-starter with a bias for action
- Eager to ask for feedback, improve, and adapt
- Hunger and drive — high aspirations, a competitive nature, and rapid career progression goals
- Attention to detail — we care about producing high-quality work, not just volume
- Grit and resilience — Business Development is tough; we need someone who can push through the "no's" and keep their head up
