About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide administrative support to designated executive leaders.
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate leadership meetings, agendas, and presentations.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Screen and prioritize communications on behalf of executives.
- Coordinate executive expense reports and reimbursement requests.
- Maintain confidential records and sensitive business information.
- Assist with strategic projects and special initiatives.
- Serve as a liaison between leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
- Support employee onboarding activities.
- Assist with employee engagement, recognition, wellness, and culture initiatives.
- Assist with coordination of employee events, celebrations, and company-sponsored activities.
- Support internal communication and rollout of employee programs and initiatives.
- Support HR compliance and record retention activities.
- Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources department and leadership team.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate's degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of administrative support experience, preferably supporting senior leaders.
- Experience in Human Resources, employee services, office administration, or related functions preferred.
- Experience in distribution, manufacturing, logistics, or related industries is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative approach.
