About the role

  • Own the strategy and implementation of end-to-end lifecycle marketing initiatives across Felix Health
  • Develop a dynamic and personalized customer lifecycle experience, tailored to each user’s journey around key behaviours
  • Develop and execute activation, engagement, retention and win-back initiatives
  • Execute end-to-end lifecycle marketing campaigns: define target audiences and communication strategies across email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app messages (through Iterable)
  • Continuously optimize performance through A/B testing and experimentation
  • Identify and apply best practices to measure, analyze, test and surface opportunities and recommendations to improve customer experience
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, creative, engineering and analytics teams to define objectives, develop strategy, lead campaign development, and scale lifecycle technology and processes
  • Provide thought leadership in lifecycle marketing and one-to-one engagement at scale

Requirements

  • Experience leading and scaling full lifecycle programs (activation, engagement, retention, win-back)
  • Multi-year track record with marketing automation technology (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Iterable, Sendgrid, etc.) and other tools/languages (HTML/CSS) is an asset
  • Self-motivated, deadline-driven, detail-oriented and highly experienced digital leader
  • Thoughtful, critical thinker who follows a systematic and rigorous approach to problem solving
  • Proven success working with cross-functional teams (Product, Data) to create and execute shared, data-informed goals
  • Scrappy with a willingness to learn; ability to execute quickly and iterate
  • Experience shipping end-to-end messaging campaigns and scaling programs
  • Understanding of acquisition, activation, engagement and retention strategies, customer journeys, lifecycle marketing (CRM), marketing automation and relevant metrics
  • Robust analytical skillset; able to digest ambiguous data sets, communicate critical insights, and ask the right questions
  • Experience with A/B testing and continuous optimization
