About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the strategic, tactical, and operational planning of the Technology area, ensuring alignment with the Institute's objectives.
Define technology guidelines, architecture, and solutions, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to market best practices.
Manage IT infrastructure (cloud, networks, servers, databases), ensuring availability, performance, and continuity of services.
Drive digital transformation initiatives, promoting innovation, automation, and continuous improvement of organizational processes.
Administer the area budget, seeking efficiency in resource use and maximizing the return on technology investments, especially under budget constraints.
Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams (internal and partner teams), fostering a collaborative, high-performance, and innovative environment.
Manage technology vendors and partners, ensuring quality of deliveries, SLA compliance, and sustainable relationships.
Ensure information security and the mitigation of cyber risks.
Ensure compliance with LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law).
Monitor the area's performance through indicators (KPIs) and reports for executive leadership.
Manage critical incidents, ensuring rapid response and continuity of operations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
Postgraduate degree or MBA in related areas.
Solid experience (minimum 10 years) in technology management with strategic responsibilities.
Generalist profile with experience in infrastructure, systems, information security, and technology architecture.
Experience in IT strategic planning (roadmap, budget, structure).
Experience with digital transformation, system implementations (ERP), and emerging technologies (e.g., AI).
Experience managing technology vendors and contracts.
Knowledge of IT governance (ITIL, COBIT), information security, and LGPD.
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Agile).
Advanced English (reading, writing, and technical conversation).
