About the role

  • Design and build end-to-end data and machine learning solutions that help clients turn data into real business impact
  • Work closely with Data Engineers, BI experts, and Data Scientists
  • Consult customers on best practices and strategies to use AI and bring machine learning solutions into production
  • Build and improve data pipelines, data models and machine learning solutions
  • Develop scalable cloud-based data architectures
  • Support the development and productionization of ML models
  • Ensure high code quality through testing, debugging and best engineering practices
  • Collaborate in agile, cross-functional teams

Requirements

  • Degree or background in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics or a related field
  • Around 2–3 years of experience in machine learning and data science; familiarity with LLMs and agentic architectures
  • Proficient in Python, SQL and Linux / Shell environments
  • Curiosity for modern data tools (e.g. Databricks, Airflow, Kafka, Spark, TensorFlow, AWS / Azure / GCP)
  • Analytical thinking and a hands-on engineering mindset
  • Open, collaborative personality and strong communication skills
  • Strong German language skills and ability to commute to our Munich office are a plus
