Help team coordinate the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including (but not limited to) digital, social media, email, public relations, and traditional advertising.
Monitor the performance of those strategies to make necessary updates, optimizations, and improvements.
Work collaboratively with internal and external partners in identifying campaign insights that enable brand differentiation and offer a competitive edge in the market.
Coordinate research efforts to capture and evaluate relevant changing consumer behaviors. Share learnings and apply insights to everyday business.
Stay on top of industry best practices and emerging strategies to keep the marketing relevant through compelling creative and messaging.
Requirements
Four-year undergraduate degree in marketing, advertising, or business.
5-10+ years’ experience in marketing, entertainment, advertising, or consumer product marketing on the client-side or with an agency. Global experience is a plus.
Proven capability in developing creative and innovative marketing strategies that heavily leverage online and offline channels.
Exceptional leadership skills to inspire a cross-functional team, leading to a unified direction with a common vision.
Outstanding team management skills in developing campaigns from inception to launch.
Experience identifying key strategic insights from disparate data sources.
Strong project management skills and ability to execute quality work within tight deadlines.
Superior communication skills and ability to interact with senior executives and external business partners.
Extraordinary problem-solving skills, an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for the brand, a strategic and creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
