Communicate with licensees across Feld Entertainment catalog of intellectual properties and maintain partner relationships.
Review and approve samples at all stages of the production process.
Maintain timelines for internal and external licensed product in all categories.
Manage and service the current roster of licensees with daily communication and interaction through DSI and email, including training or policies and procedures.
Contribute to the creative process with established licensees.
Coordinate distribution of pictures, logos, and assets for product development and manufacturing.
Reconcile contract samples against royalty reports and unknown items within DSI.
Liaise with independent third-party licensees to solicit wholesale orders of specific items.
May travel to events or trade shows as needed.
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Management or similar field of study.
3-5 years of relevant licensing experience. Knowledge of consumer products licensing business and a strong retail understanding is a plus.
Must be creative, well-organized, possess a strong work ethic, desire to excel and willingness to learn. Ability to multi-task a must.
Job may require some travel to events or trade shows.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite products including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint. Previous work in DSI or similar submission and approval system a plus.
Team player in a fast-paced environment. Detail oriented and an organized workspace are essential traits.
Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated, a problem solver and effective planner.
Experience with packaging, requirements and standards helpful.
Previous experience in the publishing world, including proofing is desired. Including working with other Feld team members for factual verification.
