About the role

  • As Project Manager (m/f/d) for Grid Connection & Grid Requests, you are the central interface between our project developers and grid operators.
  • You ensure that our Agri-PV projects secure robust grid connections — from preliminary enquiries to confirmed grid offers.
  • You independently submit grid requests to distribution system operators and reliably monitor their progress.
  • As the main point of contact, you coordinate and manage communications with grid operators and technical service providers confidently and solution-oriented.
  • You ensure transparency by maintaining and fully documenting all grid requests in the CRM system.
  • You expertly assess and compare different feed-in options.
  • You actively contribute to the technical and economic review of grid connection offers and support well-founded decision-making.
  • You play an active role in developing a scalable grid-connection process.

Requirements

  • Experience in grid connections, energy supply, or technical project execution
  • Understanding of power grids, voltage levels, and technical requirements in the context of the Renewable Energy Sources Act (EEG)
  • Structured, self-directed working style with high attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills when dealing with grid operators and authorities
  • Experience with CRM systems or project management tools is an advantage
  • Experience with Agri-PV, photovoltaics, or renewable energy is a plus.
