About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as a strategic support point for leaders and teams, ensuring People & Management practices are connected to the business.
  • Serve as a trusted, accessible channel for listening and support, conducting regular check-ins with employees and coordinators.
  • Identify and flag to the Head of People & Management any potential risks related to team climate, overload, or misalignment in the areas served.
  • Monitor area metrics (turnover, absenteeism, engagement, performance).
  • Support leaders in conducting 1:1s, delivering feedback, and following up on Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
  • Participate actively in the execution of performance cycles, engagement surveys, and action plans.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes (profile alignment, job posting, screening, interviews, case studies), ensuring alignment with Feel Alive culture and an excellent candidate experience.
  • Support onboarding of new hires and act on the team experience journey.
  • Support routines for internal movements, new hire processes, and conduct exit interviews.
  • Develop and deliver training, workshops, and development content for employees.
  • Draft job descriptions, track teams' OKR updates, and keep information up to date in our management systems.
  • Act as a guardian of our culture, ensuring our values are present in day-to-day practices.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or related fields.
  • Previous experience in HR areas (generalist, recruitment, training or development).
  • Experience with engagement, performance evaluation or climate tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with people management tools (Feedz, ClickUp, Gupy, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, internal NPS).
  • Knowledge of feedback methodologies and development plans (IDP).
