About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Calculate and close amounts for issuance of invoices (Fee and BV);
Issue invoices and debit notes in accordance with current legislation for Formô and B2B verticals;
Verify and audit tax entries and intercompany transactions (loans/current account);
Support regulatory and administrative requests related to the tax area, when applicable;
Monitor and support external accounting in monthly, quarterly, and annual routines;
Renew digital certificates;
Send, organize, and validate accounting and tax documents;
Generate, control, and monitor tax payment slips and their due dates;
Receive, review, and organize accounting statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement - DRE, Cash Flow Statement - DFC, and Statement of Changes in Equity - DMPL) prepared by external accounting;
Monitor monthly billing volume by company and vertical for tax purposes (including Cena 5);
Manage and maintain the project contracts database;
Ensure organization, traceability, and compliance of tax and accounting information;
Periodically validate relevant inventories and assets;
Support financial internal audits and compliance analyses.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in progress or completed: Accounting, Economics, and/or Business Administration;
Knowledge of taxation;
Ability to understand and organize processes and workflows;
Holistic view of the organization of accounting and tax processes;
Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction;
Experience preparing and working with spreadsheets and accounting processes;
Active CRC (regional accounting council) registration or in process (preferred).
