About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as a strategic support point for leaders and teams, ensuring People & Management practices are aligned with the business.
- Serve as a close channel for listening and trust, carrying out regular follow-ups with employees and coordinators.
- Map and flag potential risks related to climate, workload or misalignment in the areas served to the Head of People & Management.
- Monitor area indicators (turnover, absenteeism, engagement, performance).
- Support leaders in conducting 1:1 conversations, giving feedback and following up on Individual Development Plans (IDPs/PDI).
- Actively participate in the execution of performance cycles, climate/engagement surveys and action plans.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes (role alignment, job posting, screening, interviews, case assessments) ensuring alignment with Feel Alive’s culture and an excellent candidate experience.
- Oversee onboarding of new hires and contribute to the team’s employee experience journey.
- Support routines for internal movements, new hires and conduct exit interviews.
- Develop and deliver training, workshops and development content for employees.
- Prepare job descriptions, monitor teams’ OKR updates and keep information up to date in our management systems.
- Be a guardian of our culture, ensuring our values are present in day-to-day practices.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or related fields.
- Previous experience in HR areas (generalist, recruitment, training or development).
- Experience with engagement, performance evaluation or climate survey tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with people management tools (Feedz, ClickUp, Gupy, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, internal NPS).
- Knowledge of feedback methodologies and development plans (IDP/PDI).
