About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop weekly content and editorial plans for digital platforms;
Coordinate content production across different channels;
Support decisions on channels, formats, and content frequency;
Monitor and analyze performance metrics and KPIs;
Use data to optimize campaigns and content;
Execute basic A/B tests (format, copy, CTA);
Create creative briefs and oversee asset production;
Script, record, and edit audiovisual content (CapCut);
Support brand activations, events, and on-site actions;
Support the acquisition of local partnerships;
Prepare and present performance reports to leadership;
Work directly aligned with leadership and related departments;
Collaborate with other teams with a focus on execution.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Current or completed degree in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Public Relations, Social Communication, or a related field;
Up-to-date with social media trends;
Experience with platforms: TikTok, Instagram, Canva, CapCut, and organizational tools;
Availability to work at events on weekends.
