Risk

• Be the expert and trusted advisor for each of the Fraud & Digital Trust domains (both internally & externally)
• Operate as an SME (subject matter expert) on the sector concerned and on the application of Feedzai products within that sector
• Documenting and presenting research & analysis findings, both internally and externally
• Monitor business indicators for each deployment, ensuring performance KPI’s are being met, and continuously improving
• Support workshop activities and solution development through to implementation
• Analyse information needs so that the data requirements for the solution are articulated clearly and that any data dependencies are made explicit to the client
• Liaise with the Integration Consultants to ensure that the requirements and the solution design are consistent and practical
• Supports and assists project teams in facilitating end user training and system documentation for new implementations
• Provides input to any enhancement requests or reported defects on the project as necessary
• Attends and contributes to Industry Insights

Full-stack Engineer

• Provide technical leadership and vision for the Digital Trust product line, combining hands-on development with experimentation and prototyping
• Ensure long-term architectural integrity while driving tactical improvements with PMs, EMs, and developers
• Lead cross-cutting engineering initiatives, uphold Feedzai’s product quality standards, and act as mentor to other technical roles
• Partner with teams during planning (risks, designs, estimates) and align with Customer Success, Security, Sales, and Marketing to shape technical direction
• Support the hiring process by shaping technical evaluation standards, and mentor engineers to become strong technical interviewers

Expert Software Engineer – Digital Trust

• Be hands-on, executing the full software development life cycle
• Develop backend website applications, API’s and manage databases, on an event-driven architecture
• Design and develop services to retrieve, process and transform requests in near real-time
• Contribute to best practices and guidelines for software development

Frontend Engineer

• Build next-generation web applications with a focus on the client side
• Work alongside UX designers, Backend and Quality Assurance Engineers and Product Managers to deliver features with a high level of quality
• Be an ambassador of front-end stack quality for building reusable code that follows the best practices
• Be an owner of the product, identifying technical debt, proposing concrete solutions
• Have an active role in the decisions that define the direction of the FE stack and architecture
