About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Supports Supply Chain Technology build out for user acceptance testing
Assists technology organizational vision to optimize quality assurance and user acceptance testing validations
Builds test scenarios, determines accuracy data mapping and integration during UAT sessions, validates results and identify users needs/gaps in user experience testing
Supports network food banks by resolving errors, implementing corrections, analyzing receipt imports as well as receipts monthly progress
Collaborates directly with network food banks to troubleshoot submission of receipts level issues and provides instructions on remediation support to food banks
Generates quarterly updates for Supply Chain audiences on data quality performance

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience in working with large datasets and producing reports for different audiences
Understand business processes as they impact and/or intersect with the enterprise ERP to effectively perform UAT
Experience in performing User Acceptance Testing
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments, deadlines, and high-volume, meticulous work within a fast-paced and evolving environment
Expert in MS Excel including pivot tables, formula creation, and charts
Proficiency in data visualization – create comprehensive reports to validate work, identify error submissions and gaps
