About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage employees from an HR perspective (staff, supervisory personnel and managers)
- Hiring new employees, onboarding files, drafting employment contracts (CDI, CDD)
- Enter data into IT systems, including tracking and processing variable elements
- Salary benchmarking and compensation grading
- Management of unfitness for work (occupational health cases)
- Creation and management of disciplinary files
- Organization and filing of personnel records
- Support management in responding to the needs of internal clients
Requirements
What you’ll need- University-level degree in Human Resources, Labor Law, or Payroll
- Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar role or industrial environment
- Knowledge of Workday, ADP, and eTime systems
- Good command of English is a plus
