About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Shape and execute enterprise-level change strategies
- Ensure delivery across large-scale transformation initiatives
- Partner with senior executives and program leaders to define change vision and goals
- Develop and deliver comprehensive change roadmaps
- Conduct change assessments to evaluate scope and stakeholder impacts
- Monitor and measure change progress against defined success metrics
- Maintain portfolio-level view of transformation initiatives
- Build strong partnerships across enterprise functions
- Advise leaders and stakeholders on change implications
- Serve as a visible change leader
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree/equivalent in business, human resource management, industrial psychology or other related fields
- 2 years of experience leading enterprise-level change initiatives
- Extensive expertise in transformational change strategy and activation at an enterprise level
- Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Experience designing and facilitating learning initiatives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
