Learning Analytics Analyst
FedExLearning and Development Specialist in charge of designing and delivering training programs at FedEx Express India. Managing projects and fostering a continuous learning culture for operational excellence.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, develop, and deliver training programs related to financial, cultural, and technical processes.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to assess training needs and develop tailored training solutions.
- Lead interactive sessions that cater to diverse audiences.
- Manage relationships with external contractors and developers.
- Regularly report project status to program managers, senior management and/or sponsors.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Highly motivated and experienced Learning and Development Specialist.
- Strong background in creating effective training materials and facilitating engaging learning experiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to different learning styles.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Adobe Captivate or another eLearning authoring tool.
- Experience in conducting business or statistical analysis and leading medium to low complexity projects.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
