About the role
- Lead and manage quality and process improvement initiatives to support operational customs clearance service objectives
- Work closely with local customs clearance teams (operations, P&E, compliance, etc.) and other operational functions
- Ensure alignment with strategic quality objectives and operational standards
- Support QATs across different regions and together with multiple departments
Requirements

- Strong ability to plan and organize with attention to detail
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience and knowledge across various operational fields, particularly customs clearance
