Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and manage quality and process improvement initiatives to support operational customs clearance service objectives
Work closely with local customs clearance teams (operations, P&E, compliance, etc.) and other operational functions
Ensure alignment with strategic quality objectives and operational standards
Support QATs across different regions and together with multiple departments
