About the role
- Develop competitive pricing strategies with sales and marketing to optimize profitability and win ratio
- Build strong stakeholder relationships across functions and regions
- Identify process gaps and drive improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience
- Analyze P&L and recommend margin/yield improvements
- Act as a technical expert, supporting management with complex analysis and projects
- Mentor new joiners and collaborate with the team to deliver results
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, MIS, Mathematics, Statistics, or similar discipline
- Master's degree or PhD preferred
- Standard I: Two (2) years relevant work experience
- Standard II: Three (3) years relevant work experience
- Senior I: Four (4) years relevant work experience
- Senior II: Five (5) years relevant work experience
- Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Python, or project management is a plus
- Fluency in English
