Key responsibilities & impact

Develop competitive pricing strategies with sales and marketing to optimize profitability and win ratio
Build strong stakeholder relationships across functions and regions
Identify process gaps and drive improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience
Analyze P&L and recommend margin/yield improvements
Act as a technical expert, supporting management with complex analysis and projects
Mentor new joiners and collaborate with the team to deliver results

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, MIS, Mathematics, Statistics, or similar discipline
Master's degree or PhD preferred
Standard I: Two (2) years relevant work experience
Standard II: Three (3) years relevant work experience
Senior I: Four (4) years relevant work experience
Senior II: Five (5) years relevant work experience
Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Python, or project management is a plus
Fluency in English
