Lead and coach a pod of Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) and Technical Program Managers (TPMs).
Own the technical delivery and implementation timelines for multiple customer accounts.
Understand implementation mechanics and configuration best practices.
Connect technical delivery outcomes to business milestones.
Serve as the "voice of the field" for Product and Engineering leaders.
Drive internal retrospectives and process improvements.

Requirements

B.S. in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
6+ years of professional experience, with at least 1–2 years in a formal leadership or "player-coach" capacity within a SaaS delivery or FDE environment.
Familiarity with the complexities of B2B SaaS implementations.
Experience in fintech, insurance, or underwriting software is a significant plus.
Proven ability to lead high-stakes customer calls and set the tone in the room.
Comfortable with SQL and Javascript.
