About the role

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to craft original content in a variety of formats, from blog posts and articles to white papers, infographics, videos, and more.
  • Develop and implement content strategies aligned with our immediate and long-term marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Collaborate as a thought partner with product marketing, demand gen, field marketing, executive stakeholders, and external agencies to develop content and strategies that drive business outcomes across the buyer journey.
  • Champion best practices in grammar, writing, and style.
  • Measure and report on content performance; refine strategies based on insights.
  • Act as a connector across teams, translating priorities into unified narratives that support marketing, sales, and product objectives.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of content marketing experience in the B2B tech/enterprise software space, background in insurance or fintech is a strong plus.
  • Experience leading content strategy in collaboration with product, sales, and marketing teams to shape positioning and drive pipeline.
  • Adept at developing and publishing content for social media channels, with an eye for brand voice, timing, and audience engagement.
  • Robust portfolio of published work showcasing strong English writing skills and ability to translate complex topics into digestible content.
  • Exceptional writing and editing abilities.
  • Proficient in devising strategies for disseminating content across a variety of lengths (long-form + short-form) and formats (blog posts, video, interactive, audio, etc).
  • Proficient with the use of AI tools for content ideation, drafting, and competitive analysis.
  • Strong understanding of SEO/AEO best practices and ability to execute on strategies that drive results.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with senior stakeholders, influencing strategy and aligning content to broader business goals.
  • Strong communicator able to navigate feedback loops and align diverse perspectives into a unified content direction.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple content projects simultaneously, driving timelines, quality, and alignment across teams.
