Collaborate with brand, creative, and regulatory teams to keep projects moving efficiently through the review process.
In collaboration with MLR Operations Managers, identify process bottlenecks and drive solutions to improve workflow and turnaround times.
Support, mentor, and train MLR content team members, sharing best practices and exemplifying high standards.

What you’ll need

7+ years in MLR content management, regulatory review, medical copy editing, or a related field in healthcare, pharma, or advertising
Proven experience guiding content through regulatory review processes
Track record of successful collaboration with cross-functional teams
