About the role
- Own and execute defined workstreams of Clearway’s annual budget, monthly forecast, and long-range planning processes
- Prepare and deliver monthly close variance analysis for assigned functional areas
- Develop and maintain financial models supporting labor and headcount planning, corporate operating expenses, vendor costs, capital investments, and new initiatives
- Proactively identify financial risks, opportunities, and emerging trends
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, with a concentration in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field preferred
- MBA or other advanced degree a plus
- 4+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related financial roles
- Demonstrated experience contributing meaningfully to budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling in a complex or growth-stage organization
- Experience working cross-functionally, particularly in support of labor, headcount, and cost planning
