About the role
- You will design and enhance testing, data validation, and quality assurance processes for automated data -centric applications supporting highly complex business scenarios.
- You will direct low-level engineers, review their work and may perform as an individual contributor and/or lead data testing for complex systems.
- Develop automated solutions, using scheduling, CI/CD jobs, or application event triggers as available.
- Work with structured and unstructured data from a variety of data stores, such as data lakes, relational database management systems, and data warehouses.
- Investigate and implement technologies and frameworks that could contribute to process improvements.
- Mentor less-experienced team members by providing direction and guidance.
- Participate in Bank, department, or system projects of high to highest complexity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Information Technology or Computer Science or equivalent significant experience in information technology and software testing is required.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience designing and developing tests for ETL and Data Warehouse solutions using a software development approach.
- Minimum of 5 years of automation development experience with technologies required.
- Product Specific Certifications as applicable are desired.
