About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support a variety of projects and tasks that may include operations support, national coin and currency inventory management, market intelligence, and business resiliency for the Federal Reserve System
Perform complex analysis of major business issues and proactively search for and recommend sustainable solutions utilizing established methodology and tools
Review, compile and analyze detailed and complex statistics and data for major business issues
Provide guidance and collaboration in completing analysis, information or process mapping, and/or alignment of the business and related areas
Lead process improvement and solution discussions and present outcomes and actionable recommendations to senior management
Develop and design new business processes of a major and critical nature and coordinate the updating of existing business processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

3 to 5+ years of relevant work experience - 5-9yrs for Senior Level role
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Excellent analytical ability
Acute attention to detail with a high level of data integrity and accuracy
Excellent oral and written communication
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with people at all levels of the organization
Broad knowledge of the principles of data collection and analysis, business requirements, process improvement criteria, and performance metrics review techniques
Exceptional computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint along with various other online applications
