Requirements
What you’ll need- A bachelor’s degree in agriculture, business, commerce or a related field
- Minimum one year of related experience in ag finance, lending, credit analysis, business development or sales (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Experience communicating financial information or recommendations clearly to customers or internal partners
- Proven ability to build and maintain business relationships, including engaging with customers, centres of influence or community partners
- Passion for agriculture, with knowledge of farming operations or agribusiness environments
