Key responsibilities & impact

Lead full-cycle recruitment and provide subject matter expertise to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and align hiring strategies to meet current and future needs, building proactive talent pipelines using data, sourcing, and networking
Leverage technology and tools to balance speed, efficiency, and an exceptional manager and candidate experience
Identify opportunities to improve the recruitment process, enhancing efficiency and quality without compromising the manager or candidate experience
Ensure recruitment activities comply with employment law, Official Languages and Human Rights legislation
Leverage recruitment metrics and insights to drive continuous improvement and hiring effectiveness
Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners and talent networks

Requirements

What you’ll need

A degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
At least four years of recruiting experience
Strong judgment and proven ability in candidate assessment and selection
Experience developing and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external partners
Effective listening, verbal, and written communication skills
Working knowledge of HR programs, policies, and recruitment best practices
Familiarity with digital platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Microsoft 365)
Proficiency in both official languages (English and French) and proven ability in oral and written communication.
