About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment and provide subject matter expertise to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and align hiring strategies to meet current and future needs, building proactive talent pipelines using data, sourcing, and networking
  • Leverage technology and tools to balance speed, efficiency, and an exceptional manager and candidate experience
  • Identify opportunities to improve the recruitment process, enhancing efficiency and quality without compromising the manager or candidate experience
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with employment law, Official Languages and Human Rights legislation
  • Leverage recruitment metrics and insights to drive continuous improvement and hiring effectiveness
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners and talent networks

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least four years of recruiting experience
  • Strong judgment and proven ability in candidate assessment and selection
  • Experience developing and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external partners
  • Effective listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of HR programs, policies, and recruitment best practices
  • Familiarity with digital platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Microsoft 365)
  • Proficiency in both official languages (English and French) and proven ability in oral and written communication.
