Online Customer Service Representative
Federal City Recovery Services - DCOnline Customer Service Representative for Paramount Acceptance managing customer inquiries in the health and fitness industry. Handling emails, texts, and chats to assist gym members.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Process emails and take inbound texts/chats from members of our clients’ gyms
- Respond to customer questions in accurate and timely manner following established policies
- Explain and process options regarding upgrading, downgrading, or canceling memberships
- Document customer interaction with our in-house software
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must commit to set schedule with minimum of 40 hours per week (Monday through Friday)
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Team player with willingness to learn and grow
- Basic computer and typing skills
- 1+ year experience in call center customer service environment (preferred)
