About the role
- Perform configurations and parameterizations in TOTVS RM modules: Payroll (RM Labore), Time and Attendance Automation (RM Chronus), and Human Resources Management (RM Vitae);
- Map and optimize human resources, payroll, and time and attendance processes;
- Support internal users in system use, ensuring improved process performance;
- Execute tests, validations, and user acceptance testing (UAT) of new rules and functionalities;
- Produce technical and operational documentation;
- Provide functional support and handle service tickets.
Requirements
- Proven experience with TOTVS RM in the following modules: Payroll (RM Labore), Time and Attendance Automation (RM Chronus), and Human Resources Management (RM Vitae);
- Knowledge of human resources routines, payroll, and time and attendance processes;
- Strong process analysis and problem-solving skills;
- Good communication skills and ability to build relationships with users.
