About the role
- Screen candidate profiles using the ATS (GUPY);
- Conduct competency-based interviews with potential candidates;
- Manage the employee onboarding process: send offer letters, handle required admission documentation, schedule medical exams, and communicate with the HR administration team;
- Complete the recruitment and selection metrics spreadsheet to track data, SLAs, and other indicators;
- Hold meetings with hiring managers to align and clarify candidate profiles.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel);
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Good analytical ability;
- Experience with the GUPY recruitment platform is essential;
- Must reside in the Santana de Parnaíba, SP region.
