About the role

  • Screen candidate profiles using the ATS (GUPY);
  • Conduct competency-based interviews with potential candidates;
  • Manage the employee onboarding process: send offer letters, handle required admission documentation, schedule medical exams, and communicate with the HR administration team;
  • Complete the recruitment and selection metrics spreadsheet to track data, SLAs, and other indicators;
  • Hold meetings with hiring managers to align and clarify candidate profiles.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel);
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Good analytical ability;
  • Experience with the GUPY recruitment platform is essential;
  • Must reside in the Santana de Parnaíba, SP region.
